Zaitoun Cookbook

In this beautiful Palestinian cookbook, food writer Yasmin Khan shares her findings from her travels through the region: herb-filled salads, quick pickles, fragrant soups, tender roasted meats, rich desserts, and vegetarian versions of Palestinian classics.
